Chemical Oxygen Scavenger
Oxygen corrosion in boilers can cause high maintenance problems and costs and unwanted downtime. Localized corrosion areas, referred to as pits, can drill through metal surfaces, leading to metal fatigue andenger failure. All metal surfaces of the boiler system  and condensate systems, turbines and more  are vulnerable. Beijing POWERCHEM offers a number of options for chemical oxygen scavenging.

2	PURETREAT 1102 All organic scale & corrosion inhibitors	A multi-function, multi-blend, boiler-water treatment product for High-pressure boilers operating at pressures from 98 bar. High up-concentration /low blow-down product consisting of a unique blend of both organic and inorganic components that will prevent, reduce and even remove corrosion, scale and deposits. Contains highly efficient anti-foam and silica dispersant components.
3	PURETREAT1103 Anti-scaling corrosion inhibitors	A multi-function, multi-blend, boiler-water treatment product for medium-pressure boilers operating at pressures from 40 to 65 bar. 5	PURETREAT1105 Condensate Corrosion Inhibitor	a corrosion inhibitor designed for use in steam and condensate systems.  It may be used at temperatures up to 593C, The product is a blend of medium and high volatility amines which provides effective neutralization of acidic gases, such as CO2, throughout a condensate system.
6	PURETREAT1106 Condensate Corrosion Inhibitor	a corrosion inhibitor designed for use in steam and condensate systems.  It may be used at temperatures up to 454°C. This product is a blend of low, medium and high volatility amines which provides effective neutralization of acidic gases, such as CO2, throughout a condensate system.
7	PURETREAT1107 Oxygen Scavenger	a non-volatile, organic corrosion inhibitor used for scavenging oxygen and passivating metal surfaces.  It can be used as a direct replacement for hydrazine or sulfite programs in any boiler without the associated safety hazards and handling precautions.  PURETREAT1107 contributes minimal dissolved solids and ammonia to the boiler system.
8	PURETREAT1108 Oxygen Scavenger	a dry white solid Carbohydrazide used to provide protection from oxygen corrosion in preboiler and boiler systems.  Lower corrosion rates translate directly into lower maintenance costs and reduced downtime.
